Further Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Also contained in this latest photograph drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a legend detailing various sections of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

Additional materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
